Greentech Energy Systems A/S has today been informed as follows by GWM SIF:

"In accordance with the rules of Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby notify you that we today have acquired an additional shareholding of 50,000 shares in Greentech Energy Systems A/S. Following the acquisition we hold a total of 5,373,253, equivalent to 5.04% of the shares in the company, and thus have exceeded the 5% threshold. We have simultaneously herewith reported the transaction to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority."

Its scope of activities covers three phases: project development, installation and operation of energy projects. The Company has an installed production capacity of over 250 Megawatts (MW) in wind and around 40 MW in solar. Additionally, the Company focuses on development of facilities for the treatment of drinking water, development and construction of plants for the production of energy from hydropower and biomass, and development of monitoring and control systems.
