GROUPE PARTOUCHE - GROWTH CONTINUES IN 1ST HALF OF 2016 (GROSS GAMING REVENUE UP 4.7% ON A LIKE-FOR-LIKE BASIS)

Paris, 15 June 2016 - Groupe Partouche, one of the market leaders in Europe for gaming, announces its turnover for the first half (November 2015 - April 2016) of financial year 2016.

Fabrice Paire, Chairman of the Executive Board, commented: "the reorganisation of our group, mainly the refocusing on its core business activity is now fully bearing fruit. Our teams concentrating on gaming, with the establishments offering our clientele the best know-how in games and leisure, reached excellent performance resulting in a growth of 4,7% in gross Gaming Revenue for the 1st half of the current financial year. A richer offering that will be strengthened in the future by the important vector of new electronic formats of table games, together with dedicated staff are the pillars of the Groupe Partouche strategy aiming to carry on its good performance and to extend its leadership."

Q2 ACITIVITY IN THE CONTINUITY OF Q1

During the current 2nd quarter, GGR the performance indicator of the heart of Group Partouche' business, amounted to €158.9M, up by 4.9% (+ €7.4M) thus confirming the strong growth of several quarters.

This performance is in the continuity of the GGR increase of 4.5% during the 1st quarter. INCREASE IN GGR FOR THE 4TH CONSECUTIVE HALF-YEAR

During the 1st half-year, GGR amounted to €315.7M up by 4.7% (+ €14.1M). These figures show that the

1st half of 2016 is not only the fourth consecutive of GGR growth but also the highest over the period.

All segments of the games' offering are well oriented with slot machines ranking first thanks to a constant enriched display by the addition of new products as well as to the increase in attendance of French gaming establishments.

Non-gaming business activities are up by 2.2% thus strengthening their growth.

Turnover for the 1st half 2016 is up by 3% at €199.5M and the total turnover of the Group amounted to

€210.3M up by 3.3% (+ €6.7M)

Turnover for the 1st half 2015 has benefited for an amount of €1.7M from the offset of the implement of the rules in respect of levies. The total turnover of Groupe Partouche for the 1st half 2016, if restated on the basis of this item, will show an increase of €8.4€ up by 4.2%.

AUTHORIZATION TO TRANSFER THE JUAN-LES-PINS CASINO

The local council of Juan-les-Pins granted the Group the authorization to transfer its casino in the Luna Park an emblematic place in the heart of town. This redeployment will improve its operations and allow slot machines to be installed on outdoor terraces.

    ANNEX : BUSINESS ACTIVITY

    The offset during 2015 of the application of the new regulatory methods in respect of levies (€1.7M decrease) penalized the growth rate of the turnover that was published 30 April 2016.

    With the restatement of this item, the 1st half-year turnover would be up by 2.8% and by 4.2% on like-for-like basis compared to the published growths of respectively 2.0% et 3.3%.

    Business activity must be analysed taking into account the changes in the scope of consolidation in 2015 following the sales of the Chaudfontaine casino and the Garden Beach hotel in Juan-les-Pins on the one side and the closing of the La Trinité-sur-Mer casino on the other side.
