Produced in connection with Joshua Gilliland, Esq. of Bow Tie Law, the webinars will feature industry luminaries including state court judges, world-class e-discovery and information governance experts, and seasoned e-discovery professionals. Attendees will learn new best practices in e-discovery and qualified professionals will earn a CLE credit.

The E-Discovery 201 webinar series will go well beyond providing instruction on foundational e-discovery skills. It is designed to provide advanced training on special topics such as ensuring evidence admissibility, using expert witnesses, and leveraging security and e-discovery capabilities to collect and preserve evidence.
