OTE and COSMOTE aim to kick start the career of 10 young people with talent and potential, through the first ΟΤΕ-COSMOTE Graduate Trainee Program.

The program is addressed to young people up to 28 years old, holding a postgraduate degree, that are talented, visionary and passionate, focused on their personal development and are excited about working for the largest telecommunications Group in Greece. The aim is for the Graduate Trainee Program participants to acquire significant experience in an international working environment; develop their abilities and talents; and become successful professionals and future leaders. At the same time, OTE is putting in place a respective internal program to promote talent from within OTE Group. The in-house talent program is scheduled to start in February 2015 and will address 30 OTE employees.

OTE Group Chairman and CEO, Mr. Michael Tsamaz, stated: "Investing in youth isinvesting in the future. The first ΟΤΕ-COSMOTE Graduate Trainee Program invests in young graduates providing them with the means to develop into exceptional, well-rounded managers. We aim to recruit and employ the best possible candidates in the market and further develop our own most talented employees. We seek young people with exceptional personalities. OTE today is a great school and can create the leaders of tomorrow."

As noted by OTE Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Mrs. Elena Papadopoulou, the selection process for the ΟΤΕ-COSMOTE Graduate Trainee Program includes several rounds of interviews and evaluations. The 10 talented young graduates that will emerge will be employed by the OTE Group. An exciting 18-month journey shall follow, with exposure to actual working conditions at the company's main functions, training in a wide variety of fields and challenging projects. During the program, OTE Group's management team will work alongside the participants. The Internal talent program, equally important to the Graduate Trainee Program, will also last 18 months, and will be specially adapted to the developmental needs of each participant employee. The 30 in-house trainees will be selected through an equally challenging comprehensive procedure, beginning with employees' personal expression of interest.
