HERSHEY, Pa., November 18, 2015 - The Hershey Company (NYSE: HSY) today announced that its U.S. candy, mint and gum (CMG) retail takeaway for the 4 weeks ended November 7, 2015, in the expanded all outlet combined plus convenience store channels (xAOC+C-store), which accounts for approximately 90% of the company's U.S. retail business, increased 5.1% resulting in a market share gain of 0.4 points. U.S. CMG category growth for the 4 weeks ended November 7, 2015 was 3.9%. For the year-to-date period ended November 7, 2015, Hershey's U.S. market share was an industry-leading 31.5%, the same as last year.
