Meet Kitty Wang, Executive Floor Manager at the Hilton Yuxi Fuxian Lake in China. Kitty is known for being an exceptionally hard worker and providing above and beyond service to her guests.

Recently, one guest and his wife took the four-hour flight to Kunming City for a weekend getaway after reading rave reviews about the hotel online. Before arriving, Kitty helped the couple make their arrangements - she even upgraded their room and provided them with an early check-in option to accommodate their travel schedule. Upon arrival, Kitty befriended the couple and shared great stories about the beautiful Fuxian Lake, all while working very hard to provide excellent service to the other guests in her lounge.

Not long after the couple departed, the hotel received a letter of appreciation thanking Kitty for making their experience 'memorable and perfect.' The guests, who have opted for other hotel brands in the past, said that the staff and beautiful ambience at the Hilton Yuxi Fuxian Lake have changed their minds and turned them into loyal Hilton guests. They planned to share their experience with all of their friends, and said that they were very much looking forward to returning - and bringing their friends with them!
