HML Holdings is pleased to announce the acquisition of Chiltern Estate Management (CEM) on 7 July 2014. Based in Bath, Avon, CEM was founded in 1996 and currently manages around 2,000 residential units.

Commenting on the acquisition, Rob Plumb, CEO of HML Holdings plc, said "CEM has been acquired through our subsidiary company, HML Andertons Limited, which already has an office in Bristol. Its Bath location reinforces our presence in the West Country and provides the momentum we need to enhance our service offering in the area. With a great approach to customer service and a high retention record, their culture is very similar to our own and we look forward to welcoming all CEM staff to the HML team."
