APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

The Board is pleased to announce that KPMG has been appointed as the new auditor of the Company with effect from 19 December 2017 to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.

Reference is made to the announcement of CWT International Limited (formerly known as "HNA Holding Group Co. Limited") (the "Company") dated 4 December 2017 in relation to the change of auditor of the Company.

The board of directors of (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that KPMG has been appointed as the new auditor of the Company with effect from 19 December 2017 to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
