The board of directors (the "Board") of HNA Holding Group Co. Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Huang Tianbo ("Mr. Huang") has resigned as a Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 20 November 2017.

Upon Mr. Huang's resignation, Mr. Lau Lap Ngai, currently the other Joint Company Secretary of the Company, will remain as the Company Secretary of the Company and will continue to perform and discharge the duties of a company secretary under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank for Mr. Huang for his invaluable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.
