("Immune", the "Company") (NASDAQ: IMNP) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Mr. Daniel Kazado Chairman of the Board succeeding Dr. Daniel Teper who continues as Chief Executive Officer of Immune. Mr. Kazado has been a member of Immune's Board of Directors since 2013.
