9.30am - Welcome and introduction*

Mike Wilkins, Managing Director & CEO

Mike was appointed managing director and chief executive officer of IAG in May 2008. He has more than 30 years' experience in the insurance and financial services sector and is a member of the Australian Government's Financial Sector Advisory Council.

Mike was formerly the managing director of Promina Group Limited (from 1999 to 2007), and managing director of Tyndall Australia Limited (from 1994 to 1999). He is a former director and president of the Insurance Council of Australia and a former director of the Investment and Financial Services Association (now the Financial Services Council).

9.45am - Overview of market and Australia Direct strategy*

Andy Cornish, CEO, Australia Direct

Andy joined IAG in January 2009 as Chief Executive Officer, Direct Insurance, the business which distributes general insurance products directly to customers throughout Australia under the NRMA Insurance, SGIO, SGIC, and RACV* brands.

Andy has more than 40 years' experience in the insurance industry having run businesses in the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and Japan. Prior to IAG he held several managing director roles with one of the UK's leading general insurers, Direct Line (formerly RBS Insurance, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group). Earlier in his career, Andy was Chief Executive Officer of motoring organisation Green Flag Group Ltd and also held senior management positions with Zurich Insurance and Eagle Star Insurance Co Ltd. Andy is currently Deputy President of the Insurance Council of Australia (ICA). In addition, he is a Councillor for the Royal Humane Society of New South Wales Inc.

10.05am - Customer insights, and digital*

Alison Ledger, Executive General Manager, Product, Pricing & eBusiness

Alison is Executive General Manager, Product, Pricing and eBusiness for IAG's Australia Direct business, taking responsibility for product development, pricing, digital presence and customer experience.

Alison has been with IAG since late 2006. She joined the company in the role of Group General Manager, Strategy in IAG's Corporate Office. In early 2011 she was seconded to the role of Head of Buzz Insurance and then moved into Australia Direct in mid-2011.

Prior to joining IAG, Alison was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and worked in the London and Sydney offices consulting to financial institutions. Beginning her career as a banker, Alison has worked in New York and London in various product markets including debt underwriting at PaineWebber, equity derivatives at Chase Investment Bank and hedge funds at Bankers Trust.

Alison has also been an entrepreneur, having owned and operated a boutique equity derivatives brokerage firm in London. Alison served as a non-Executive director and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee of pSivida Limited, an ASX and NASDAQ-listed biotechnology company.

Alison holds a BA in Economics (Honours) from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business.

Tracy Green, Head of Commercial Pricing & Underwriting

Tracy is the Head of Commercial Pricing & Underwriting - Australia Direct. She has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry in leadership roles across multiple functions in the insurance value chain, including distribution, claims, product design, pricing, underwriting, compliance, strategy and customer experience. Her background has been predominantly in CTP and Personal Insurance in Australia.

11.05am - Claims and supply chains*

Anthony Justice, Acting Chief Operating Officer, Australia Direct

Anthony joined IAG in February 2011 as General Manager, Sales and Service for Australia Direct, responsible for the distribution of insurance products via call centres, branches and agencies for the NRMA, SGIO and SGIC brands. He was appointed Head of Marketing in June 2012.

Anthony's experience includes work for one of the UK's major banks, running a retail branch network of 60 branches, then as Director for the Bancassurance business across the UK, responsible for 1000 personal financial advisors.

He has an MA in Physics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.
