The Company focuses to offer the benefits of tailored nutritional programs and its products, combined with healthy-aging bio-identical hormone replacement therapies (BHRT). The Company provides services, such as Age Management Medicine, Excercise & Nutrition, MIND360.COM, Nutraceuticals, Hormone Therapy, and Business Solutions. In April 2014, the Company incorporated a subsidiary company called Provectus and, in doing so, has merged the assets of both Venturian Group of Miami and Perfect Solutions of Northfield, NJ into the subsidiary.
