                                BUSINESS UPDATE

     Strong new contract pipeline underpinned by global business momentum

         Significant mercial progress across all trading divisions

InternetQ plc (AIM: INTQ), a leading global mobile marketing, digital
entertainment and advertising technology pany today announces the following
business update.

The Group is pleased to report strong new business momentum supported by a
highly encouraging pipeline of campaigns and projects across its main business
lines namely; new and recurring campaigns through MobiDialog, partner-driven
Akazoo deployments - and the rapid adoption, as well as mercialization of
the Minimob smart advertising platform.

MobiDialog, which continues to be a foundation platform for all InternetQ's
interactive, CRM-driven campaigns, has developed a strong line-up of
international mobile marketing campaigns with top mobile network operators.
These value added services can evolve and be tailored to encourage a new
generation of subscribers to participate in premium paid services across
networks. The resulting marketing campaigns continue to solve two of these
MNO's major operational issues; increasing ARPU and decreasing churn.

Current pipeline within MobiDialog remain strong including the following:

  * In the Americas, with Operator Cable and Wireless/bMobile in Trinidad and
    Tobago, arguably one of the biggest branded mobile marketing activities in
    the country's history.

  * In western Asia, with Operator Nar Mobile, in Azerbaijan, prising a
    branded loyalty campaign for one of the largest MNO's -giving subscribers
    the ability to redeem points with digital mobile content.

  * In Africa, with well-regarded Operator CellC from South Africa, building on
    the success of the two previous campaigns, the present service is for
    customer satisfaction and loyalty, and fully leverages new Social Media
    channels.

  * In Europe, across Poland with multiple Operators: Orange, T-Mobile, Plus,
    Play. Given the long term success of both cross-carrier and operator
    branded projects -as many as four new campaigns are firmly on track.

Akazoo, InternetQ's digital music service for the pc, tablets and mobile phones
is already proving itself as one of the world's best social music and streaming
platforms.

Given the global consumer shift in device adoption to the smartphone and tablet
category, Akazoo provides the ideal rich media solution to both operators and
handset manufacturers who wish to add value to their offering through this
turnkey music subscription service. To that end, the Group has made significant
progress in expanding the Akazoo platform and agreeing new key partnership
agreements.

The progress made in expanding the service globally is highlighted below:

  * In Bulgaria, with the mobile operator Globul, a Bulgarian subsidiary of the
    Telenor Group, Globul subscribers activate Akazoo through two offers.
    Contract subscribers can activate Akazoo that is "bundled-in" with the
    "Globul Music Tariff", offering unlimited access to Akazoo through a
    unified voice and data contract music tariff, while other Globul
    subscribers are offered Akazoo as an add-on service at an additional
    monthly fee, charged directly to their mobile bill. The recent service
    launch marks the first of its kind in Bulgaria.

  * In Greece, with hellas online "hol" a major broadband operator, launching
    the co-branded music offering "hol Music Club by Akazoo." Through the
    latter, hellas online offers Akazoo to its Double-Play subscribers as an
    add-on music subscription offer to plement its VoD service. hol Music
    Club is the first broadband supported music offering to go live in Greece.

  * In Malaysia, as part of collaboration between InternetQ and Sony Mobile,
    the Akazoo music streaming service is being offered through a promotional
    three month free period to users of Sony's new Xperia Z-Ultra and Xperia Z1
    smartphone devices across Malaysia. Purchasers of these devices get instant
    access to Akazoo via their App tray.

Minimob, InternetQ's smart mobile advertising platform is increasingly well
positioned to capitalise on the booming global App economy.

Global smart phone penetration rates continue to climb creating a highly
lucrative market place for mobile advertising with the App ecosystem. With
Minimob's Software Development Kit (`SDK') launch gathering pace, InternetQ is
strategically placed at the centre of this trading boom with its uniquely
integrated smart-advertising platform that allows any developer to effectively
municate with and derive revenue directly from their consumers. Benefits
include: unlimited push notifications, free promotion of Apps and
mission-free monetization of traffic.

InternetQ has updated its application and accelerated the mercialisation
capability of the service. In global terms, its SDK installations are growing
rapidly with new product features currently under development. In total,
InternetQ has logged circa 68 million unique SDK installs which have attracted
more than 1,800 active developers. Its top 5 countries for SDK installations
highlight the intriguing mercial potential on offer with the USA, Brazil,
UK, Germany, and Saudi Arabia all included.
