Reference is made to stock exchange notice of 31 July 2015, regarding the potential establishment of a copper-zinc venture in central Norway together with North Atlantic Minerals Ltd ('NAML'). Intex is pleased to report that the establishment of a copper-zinc joint venture with NAML in the Sør- Trøndelag district, in central Norway remains on track despite the current challenging market conditions. Due to the current challenging market conditions, however, the parties have agreed not to set a specific date for signing of the formal shareholders agreement. The fund raising by NAML has also been increased in line with the expansion of the project by the planned introduction into the proposed joint-venture of additional licences. As reported on the 31st July 2015 this will include: - 3 exploration and mining licences (under an exclusivity agreement and currently subject to due diligence) at Hersjø and held by Hessjøgruva AS - 31 exploration licences currently held by Intex to the north and east of Hersjø - 8 exploration licences held by NAML in the Fjellsjø, Kongens-Rødalen, Lergruvbakken and Killingdal areas Technical due diligence on historical exploration at Hersjø is currently being finalised. NAML has set out a programme of expenditure for the area, to better understand the resources at the Hersjø and Fjellsjø deposits, with a view to advancing them through further exploration, feasibility study and development, as well as further evaluating the balance of mineral resources at Kongens-Rødalen, Lergruvbakken and Killingdal, and the exploration potential of the region. Having signed a transaction agreement (on 2nd June 2015) for the establishment of a new mining joint- venture in Sør-Trøndelag in Norway, both Intex and NAML remain committed to sign a formal shareholders' agreement as soon as possible on completion of the current fund raising, which will then see NAML continuing to increase its ownership in the joint venture through an earn-in model as certain spending thresholds are reached. NAML will be the funding and exploration partner for the joint-venture, and consequently this project currently carries no financial obligations for Intex. NAML is a private limited liability company incorporated in the United Kingdom, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Glasmin Resources (UK) Limited ('Glasmin'). Glasmin is a UK-based mining consultancy firm, which has a consultancy and collaboration agreement with Luxembourg based Traxys Europe SA. Intex and NAML are also pleased to announce that Traxys Europe S.A ('Traxys') has agreed to take a minority strategic shareholder position in NAML. Traxys is an international metals and minerals trading company based in New York and Luxembourg with expertise in the base metals mining industry.
