Inversiones Selva CA is a Venezuela-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture, distribution and sale of plastic products and containers for household, commercial and industrial use. The Company’s products portfolio comprises thermoformed polystyrene cups; thermoformed polystyrene disposable plates; polypropylene injected cups; polystyrene, polypropylene and polyethylene food trays; plastic straws, mixers and stirrers, and plastic cutlery, among others. The Company’s products are marketed under the Selva, Selva Flexy and Selva Kristall names, as well as exported to Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States. In addition, the Company is a member of Grupo Phoenix, a group which has operations established in Venezuela, Colombia, the United States and Mexico.
