Iomart : ranked #14 in global Managed Service Providers guide

iomart is proud to announce that it has been ranked 14 in the MSP Mentor 501 guide 2016 to the top managed service providers in the world.

This year's edition is the 9 MSP 501 ranking by Penton Technology and is the IT channel's largest and most comprehensive list of leading MSPs worldwide. It is based on research around the business models, technologies, vertical markets and customer segments that MSP companies engage most.

Reporting the findings, the MSPMentor editorial team said: 'The 'haves' and 'have nots' are emerging. The haves, of course, are those with a healthy mix of cloud and managed services, professional management and best practices.'

iomart has featured regularly in the MSPMentor guides and is delighted to be named as a managed service leader once again.

In all, the MSP 501 companies amassed a combined £9.82 billion in recurring revenues and increased the number of users they manage worldwide by nearly 16 percent. Eighty six percent of companies on this year's list are based in North America. Another 10 percent are based in Europe, the Middle East or Africa and another 4 percent are from Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Collectively they sell to multiple vertical markets with the top thee targeted verticals being professional services, healthcare and legal.
