JARDINE STRATEGIC HOLDINGS LIMITED SHARES PURCHASED BY JARDINE MATHESON HOLDINGS LIMITEDThe following ordinary shares of Jardine Strategic Holdings Limited ('JSH') were acquired in the market by JMH Investments Limited ('JMHI'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited ('JMH'). JMH is a subsidiary of JSH. JMHI will retain the JSH shares purchased.
Date of purchase: 29th August 2017 Total number of shares purchased: 264,800 shares Highest price paid per share: US$43.4854 Lowest price paid per share: US$43.40
JSH is subject to a requirement to maintain a free float of at least 15%.
