For the fifth year running, we're very proud award winners at the South West Contact Centre Forum Awards. We'd love for you to join us in congratulating our very own Becky Francis who was recently awarded the prestigious Contact Centre Manager of the Year accolade.

With over 20 years' experience in contact centre management, Becky has been responsible for the successful delivery of sales, service and customer research at our Swindon based Contact Centre.

In 2009, Becky joined Jaywing to support in the setting up of a new client account. Since then she has played a pivotal role across all business areas by placing greater emphasis on performance improvement through the engagement and development of our people.

Becky's colleagues note that she brilliantly balances the complexity of managing stakeholders and multiple clients, all of whom have different needs and expectations, working hard to be consistent and fair.

We're all incredibly proud of Becky and delighted that she has been awarded this recognition by SWCCF.
