Jintai Mining Group Inc. (Jintai) is a mining company operating in the Guangxi Province of the People's Republic of China. The Company is engaged in exploration, mining, leaching, smelting and other processing operations of primarily zinc and lead. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Jintai Mining Co, Limited (Jintai HK), Jintai own other subsidiaries, Guangzhou Xiangguang Corporate Management Co. Ltd (Xiangguang), and Huanjiang Jintai Mining Company Limited (Huanjiang Jintai). Huangiang Jintai owns and operates an ore mine in an area measuring approximately 2.83 square kilometers (the Ore Mine) and owns the exploration rights to an additional 21.58 square kilometers (Exploration Right Properties) of very limited production or non-producing properties. Huanjiang Jintai sells the refined zinc and lead based products, such as zinc calcine, zinc dust, sand, sulfuric acid and other variations.
