GARNAVILLO, Iowa, June 15, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Iowa Virtual Academy (IAVA), an online public school program of the Clayton Ridge Community School District, celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2016 at a ceremony on Saturday, June 11, in Waterloo. This is IAVA's second graduating class.

Graduates plan to pursue higher education at colleges and universities including Penn State, Scott Community College, Indian Hills Community College, Kirkwood Community College and Northeast Iowa Community College.

The graduation ceremony included an address from Steven Hoff, Head of Schools, Allan Nelson, Former Clayton Ridge Superintendent and student speaker Hannah Delveau.
