Kazkommertsbank AO : Change of share held by Kazkommertsbank in the charter capital of The First Credit Bureau

28 July, Almaty, - JSC «Kazkommertsbank» (hereinafter- the Bank) announces that the Bank increased its share in the charter capital of the "First Credit Bureau" Limited Liability Partnership ("The FCB") by 18.4% in the framework of the Agreement on simultaneous transfer of assets and liabilities signed by the Bank and JSC BTA Bank on June 15, 2015:

"The First Credit Bureau" Limited Liability Partnership, the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• Full title of the company, address: "The First Credit Bureau" LLP, 25 Samal-3 mkr., Almaty, Kazakhstan;
• Type of activity: recording of credit history files and providing credit reports;
• Resulting share of the Bank in the charter capital of the FCB: 36.8%.
