As mentioned earlier, it wil be proposed to the AGM of KBC GROUP dd 30 April 2014 not to pay a dividend regarding financial year 2013.
KBC BANK, a subsidiary of KBC Group, will pay a dividend to KBC Group and KBC Insurance. The information regarding this intragroup dividend payment is provided in the attached notice.
