The Directors of Keppel Land Limited advise the following results of the Company and of the Group for the second quarter and half year ended 30 June 2014.

These figures have not been audited.

Resilient Performance Despite Challenging Market Conditions

• Revenue grew 9.7% year-on-year to $589.5 million while net profit edged up 1.5% to $195 million in 1H2014
• Net profit was up 12.3% year-on-year to $107.2 million in 2Q2014
• Overseas net profit up 28.2% to $62.3 million on higher profit recognition from China residential projects
