The Company is focused on providing fee-based services to customers from an asset portfolio consisting of energy-related pipelines and liquid and bulk terminaling facilities. Its two business segments are: Terminals, which is comprised of the Vancouver Wharves Terminal and the terminals located in the Edmonton, Alberta area, and Pipelines, which is comprised of Cochin and Jet Fuel. The Company operates approximately 84,000 miles of pipelines and approximately 157 terminals. Its pipelines transport natural gas, gasoline, crude oil, carbon dioxide (CO2), and also stores and handles petroleum products, chemicals and other products.
