The dividend is payable October 18, 2016 to shareholders of record October 11, 2016. As of July 31, 2016, there were approximately 11.7 million KMG common shares outstanding.

KMG will provide fourth quarter and full year 2016 financial results on Thursday, October 13, 2016 after the close of the market.
