Notification in accordance with the provisions of article 24§2 (a) of law 3461/2006
In accordance with article 24§2(a) of law 3461/2006, we hereby notify that the company «NISSOS HOLDINGS (CY) LTD» (NISSOS) proceeded to the following acquisitions of KORRES shares:
-On 18.4.2018, NISSOS acquired in total 7.075 common registered shares of the company "KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME - NATURAL PRODUCTS" against a consideration of 5,08 Euro per share through on exchange transactions. Clearing of such transactions shall take place on 20.4.2018.
-On 19.4.2018, NISSOS acquired in total 2.359 common registered shares of the company "KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME - NATURAL PRODUCTS" against a consideration of 5,08 Euro per share through on exchange transactions. Clearing of such transactions shall take place on 23.4.2018.
