Belo Horizonte, August 28, 2014 - Kroton Educacional S.A. (BM&FBovespa: KROT3; OTCQX: KROTY) ("Kroton" or the "Company"), in compliance with Item 6.6.1 of the Novo Mercado Regulations, announces to its shareholders and the general market that, on the date hereof, it updated its annual calendar of corporate events ("Corporate Events Calendar") to anticipate the publication date of the English version of its Quarterly Financial Information for the results in the second quarter of 2014 from August 29, 2014 to August 28, 2014.
In view of the aforementioned and in compliance with the Novo Mercado Regulations, the Company informs that it has made available, on the date hereof, a new version of its Corporate Events Calendar that includes said update, which is available for consultation on the websites of Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil ( ww w.cvm . go v.br ), of the BM&FBOVESPA - Securities, Commodities and Futures Exchange ( ww w.bmfbovespa.com .br ) and of the Company
