(BM&FBovespa: KROT3 and Bloomberg: KROT3:BZ), together with Anhanguera Educacional S.A., has joined Assembleias Online®, a tool designed to facilitate shareholder attendance and voting (proxy voting) at shareholders' meetings, via Internet, in a practical way and free of charge.
To register at Assembleias Online®, the shareholder must go to the website (https://www.assembleiasonline.com.br/) and select "Registration and Certificate". After filling out the online registration form, the shareholder must send the required documents via conventional mail (only once) to Assembleias Online, so that the registration is validated and a digital certificate is issued by Assembleias Online/Certisign. By completing these procedures, the shareholder will be able to vote and participate in shareholders' meetings.
