Belo Horizonte, November 28, 2017 - Kroton Educacional S.A. ('Kroton' or 'Company') - (B3: KROT3; OTCQX: KROTY) - in compliance with CVM Instruction 358/2002, as amended, hereby announces to its shareholders, investors and the market that yesterday, the Brazilian Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP) announced the results of the General Program Index (IGC) and the Preliminary Program Score (CPC) of the country's higher education institutions in 2016. Both IGC and CPC are quality indicators considered by the Ministry of Education (MEC) to evaluate institutions of higher education (IHE) and the programs offered by them.
