KFH Organizes Training Program for Call Center Employees

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has organized a specialized training program for 17 call center employees in an effort to educate them with all banking products and e-services that serve in meeting clients' aspirations and catering for their needs.

The training program included various courses and workshops of Sharia basics, call center fundamentals and standards, marketing skills, money laundering, performance measurement, easy away system, in addition to customer care and e-services.

The 3-month training program played a key role in boosting trainees' confidence and granting them the capability to answer clients' questions in an easy and smooth way.

It's worth noting that the training courses, which are presented by specialized lecturers, confirm KFH's keenness to offer highly qualified human resources that contribute in increasing productivity while meeting the international standards of service quality.
