Oracle improves HR processes, HR data accuracy and transparency, reviews employees performance

Oracle took great pride in Kuwait Finance House (KFH) oracle e-business suite success story and published it on Oracle's official website as one of the best institutions globally that implemented and applied oracle system. Oracle noted that KFH's excellence leadership in using oracle is based on achievements, developments and facilities offered to its human capital.

Executive Manager Personnel Affairs at KFH, Mohamed Abdulrahman Aljallal said that being granted the title of Success Story from a prestigious company, as the only institution in Kuwait, is a testimony of KFH's ability to adopt the highest international standards of banking and human resources technology that are consistent with KFH's regulations and policies. He added that Oracle highlighted in its website KFH's history, assets volume, financial results, prevalence, number of branches, in addition to its success story since inception.

He went on to say that KFH has upgraded its Oracle E-Business 12.1.3 to considerably improve HR processes, HR data accuracy and transparency,  manager and employee engagement, in addition to several other tasks that grant KFH's human resources self-service ability that contribute to saving efforts and time; hence, increasing employees' efficiency and productive capability.

Aljallal stated that Oracle provides a comprehensive and unique system that meets KFH's needs today and into the future. He added that Oracle is the industry leader when it comes to providing a complete set of HR standards, both at the local and international level.

He explained that KFH selected Wipro Company to support its upgrade to Oracle E-Business because of its extensive experience working with Oracle solutions. He stressed that KFH managed to complete the upgrade on time, within budget, and without disruption to ongoing business activities.

Aljallal indicated that processed payroll 60% faster using standard Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 features, such as payroll localization and performance-related bonus calculations, which previously involved heavy system customizations and numerous manual processes.

Moreover, he said that Oracle automated previously lengthy performance management processes that relied on paper forms, ensuring that managers, employees, and HR staff have complete clarity regarding performance targets and providing easy access to previous quarters' performance to ensure objective annual appraisals. In addition, Oracle automated processes and workflows across human resources and payroll to significantly reduce paper use throughout the bank and enable more rapid, detailed, and up-to-date reporting to help managers motivate and develop their teams
