In a global Champagne wine market that contracted 1.9% in 2016 (306.6 million bottles shipped
- provisional source: CIVC), the LANSON-BCC Group faced a challenging environment on the French market (-2.3% - provisional source: CIVC). In addition, in the UK, its second largest market, the Group maintained its sales, but revenues were affected by the sterling's sharp depreciation against the euro
(-11.4%).

Consolidated revenues for the fourth quarter of 2016, representing this year 44% of full-year consolidated revenues, were affected by a substantially less dynamic end to the year than in 2015.
