Existing credit lines Danske Bank replaced and extended

 

Amsterdam (the Netherlands) 16 September 2011 - LBi International N.V. (NYSE Euronext symbol: LBI), Europe's largest marketing and technology agency, has signed a term sheet with ABN AMRO regarding new and extended credit facilities totalling EUR 70 million as well as an International Cash Management Solution.

 

These new facilities will replace the existing credit lines with Danske Bank. LBi is advised by Orchard Finance on the refinancing of its credit facilities and anticipates closing of the agreement within several weeks.

 

The new credit facilities will consist of EUR 20 million which replaces the existing uncommitted working capital facility, EUR 20 million which replaces the existing term loans, and an additional committed revolving facility of EUR 30 million to support expansion of activities in key markets in Europe and the US. The new committed credit lines will have a maturity of 3 years.

 

The refinancing by ABN AMRO is subject to agreement on the final transaction documentation.
