SINGAPORE, 6 September 2014 -Yesterday evening, cheers and laughter filled the air at Jem as 25 children and parents from South West Community Development Council celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival. There were lanterns, pomelos, mooncakes together with games for the families as part of Lend Lease employee-led community engagements which have been on-going for the past 19 years.

The activity is in the lead up to Lend Lease's Global Community Day - held every year around the globe - which will take place on 18 September 2014. As one of the biggest days in the Lend Lease calendar, Community Day is an annual event that gives Lend Lease employees a chance to volunteer their time and skills to make a difference in the communities where Lend Lease employees live and work. This year marks 19 years in which Lend Lease has volunteered more than 600,000 hours to community projects worldwide.
