Mr. Moreira holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a graduate degree in Mathematics from Centro de Ensino Unificado de Brasília. He was Director-General of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) between 2009 and 2013, and Minister of Mines and Energy between 2007 and 2008.

Graduated in Business Administration from FGV-EBAP in 1978. Master in Industrial Economics from the Economic and Industrial Development Institute of the University of Paris I - Sorbonne, in 1980, he apprenticed in the OECD and joined the Light in 1982, where he held several positions until 2011. He was Deputy General Director and Chief Financial Officer of the National Department of Water and Electrical Energy-DNAEE in 1991-92. He was Director of Economic Studies and Regulation of International EDF in Paris and Director of EDF-GDF Services in Alpes Maritimes, South of France (1999-2001). He is currently Chairman of the Interstate Union of Electric Power Industry, Director of Chamber of Commerce France-Brazil, the Commercial Association of Rio de Janeiro and FIRJAN, Energy Council President of FIRJAN and Director of the National Agriculture Society - SNA .It was superintendent of Sebrae-RJ, director of Bolt Energy and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vivax.

Mr. Siqueira holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (Minas Gerais). Between 1999 and 2012, he was CEO of Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais (Minas Gerais Sanitation Company), and CEO of Companhia Municipal de Saneamento de Juiz de Fora (Juiz de Fora Municipal Sanitation Company), between 1995 and 1998. He was a congressman for Minas Gerais between 2003 and 2007. Between 2007 and 2011, he acted as Administration and Finance Officer of Companhia de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais (Minas Gerais Development Company).

Mr. Teixeira holds a bachelor's degree in Law and has been employee of Companhia Brasileira de Trens Urbanos (CBTU - Brazilian Company of Urban Trains), based in Belo Horizonte since 1983. Between 1993 and 1996, he acted as Legal Officer of the Development Department of Belo Horizonte and, between 1997 and 2012, he was Municipal Attorney General of Belo Horizonte. He was awarded the Municipal Legislature Medal of Merit by the City Council of Belo Horizonte; the Ari Rocha Judge medal, awarded by the Regional Labor Court of the Third Region; and the Municipal Legislature Grand Collar of Merit by the City Council of Belo Horizonte.

Mrs. Veloso, who takes office today as the Company's CEO, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a Master's degree in Industrial Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. With a vast experience in the corporate environment, Mrs. Veloso was the statutory officer at Equatorial Energia S.A. (2008 to Nov/2015), she was an Officer at Banco Pactual (2006 to 2008) and worked in the capital markets area in the National Economic Development and Social Bank - BNDES (1992 to 2006). She was a member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: Acesita S.A., Vale S.A., Klabin S.A., Net Serviços de Comunicação S.A., Light S.A. (2006 to 2011 and 2015), Equatorial Energia S.A. (2006 to 2008), Cemar S.A. (2006 to 2015), and Celpa S.A. (2012 to 2015).

Edson Rogério da Costa holds an MBA in Finance from FIPECAFI/USP and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from INEPAD/UNISINOS, as well as a degree in accounting from UniCEUB. He served as the Central North Superintendent of the Middle Market bank branches of Banco do Brasil, a financial services company, in Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo and the North and Northeast regions, from July 2009 to June 2011. He served as a Corporate Superintendent at the Corporate branches of Banco do Brasil nationwide from June 2011 to February 2012. From February 2012 to February 2014, he also served as General Manager of the Governance Unit of Banco do Brasil investee companies. He is currently the Corporate Bank Officer at Banco do Brasil S.A.

Mr. Starling holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Faculdade Bennet in Rio de Janeiro. Since 2007, he has been Special Business Management Advisor of the Navy Commander. Between 2005 and 2007, he was the Navy's Budget Coordinator. He has also held many positions in the Navy since 1991. Between 1991 and 1993, he was Head of the Purchase Department of the Brazilian Naval Commission in Europe, in London, covering all of Europe and Asia. He received several awards, such as: Order of Defense Merit; Order of Naval Merit (Commander); Order of Military Merit; Order of Aeronautical Merit (Commander).

Mr. Cruz holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Veiga de Almeida University. He has 35 years of experience in electric power systems. He was responsible for monitoring several projects of the Substation and Transmission Line Construction and Project Management Department. He is a leading environmental auditor in the certification process of Light's sites (SGA). He is currently Senior Field Engineer of Light's Substation Construction and Project Management Department. He has been Director of the Engineers' Union for four terms of office.

Mr. Moscovitch holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a Master's degree in Geography from the Geosciences Institute. He has been an advisor of BNDES's Board of Executive Officers since 2012. He worked as an Industrial Competitiveness expert at the Brazilian Industrial Development Agency between 2009 and 2010. He has also worked at the Municipal Government of Belo Horizonte as Technical Information Officer between 2000 and 2002.

Mr. Eduardo Henrique Campolina Franco holds the position of Corporate Planning Manager and Cemig Distribution SA Budget Previously he held until April 2014, the office of Analysis Manager and Project Monitoring in the same Company.

Mr. Fernandes holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, an MBA in Finance and Business Management, both of which from IBMEC. He is currently Cemig's Business Development superintendent. Between 2005 and 2007, he was Construction Officer at Furnas. Between 2003 and 2005, he was Cemig's Distribution Superintendent of the Metropolitan Region.

Daniel Batista da Silva Júnior has an MBA in Strategic Corporate Financial Management from UNA and a degree in Business Management with a specialization in Foreign Trade from UNA. He served as an Advisor to the Executive Superintendency of Grupo Santander Brasil S.A., a financial services company, from October 2007 to January 2014. He also served as an Investment Manager with Banco Itaú Unibanco S.A., a financial services company, from January 2014 to February 2015. Since February 2015, he has served as an Advisor to the Office of the CEO of GASMIG - Companhia de Gás de Minas Gerais, an energy company.

Mr. Bezerra holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Since 2013, he has been Vice-Director of the Public Policy Analysis Executive Department of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Between 2002 and 2012, he was a Finance professor and researcher at the Brazilian Public and Corporate Administration School of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. He received the following awards: 2010: Brazil Economics Award for the book 'Política Monetária, Bancos Centrais e Metas de Inflação' (Monetary Policy, Central Banks and Inflation Targets); First place in the Economics Book category from the Federal Economics Council - COFECON.

Mr. Cantídio holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the City College of New York. Currently responding for the Equity Investment area in Santander, he is the CEO of Santander Participações S.A. In mid-1999, he became Vice President of Santander and was responsible for the commercial area of the Wholesale Bank and for Corporate and Investment Banking until 2009.

Mr. Vicentini holds a bachelor's degree in Naval Engineering from the University of São Paulo. Since 2009, he has been Managing Partner of THD Consultoria e Serviços Ltda. He was Director-General of the Navy Research Institute between 2008 and 2009. He was Director-General of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Defense between 2005 and 2007. He was Superintendent, Vice-Director and Director-General of the Naval Engineering Executive Department. Between 2000 and 2002, he was Director-General of the Navy's Center of Missiles and Submarine Weapons.

Mrs. Veloso, who takes office today as the Company's CEO, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a Master's degree in Industrial Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. With a vast experience in the corporate environment, Mrs. Veloso was the statutory officer at Equatorial Energia S.A. Chief HR and Corporate Management Officer

Mr. Dias holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, with Specialization in Nuclear Experiment Interface, and a Master's degree in Computer Science. He has been Light's Corporate Management Officer since February 2015. He worked at Companhia Docas do Rio de Janeiro between 2008 and 2015, as Administration, Finance and Human Resources Officer and Head of the CEO's Office.

Chief Engineering Officer

Mr. Alves de Souza holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Veiga de Almeida, an Executive MBA in Business Management from IBMEC Business School (2007), and graduate degrees in Oil and Gas Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense (2006) and in Project Economical and Financial Analysis from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2000). At Light, he acted as the Head of the Commercial and Field Work Superintendence, and worked in the Distribution Superintendence from 2014 to 2016.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Moraes holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Candido Mendes University and an Executive MBA in Finance from Ibmec. He has been Light's Business Development Officer since February 2015. Between 1984 and 2015 he worked at the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) as an Executive Manager and Head of Department (1993-2003), monitoring, among others, the mining, metallurgy, steel and cement sectors, and as Superintendent of Indirect Operations (2003-2015). He was a member of several Boards of Directors, including CVRD, ETH Bioenergia and Odebrecht Agroindustrial.

Chief Legal Officer

Mr. Fagundes holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora and a graduate degree in Corporate Law from the Dom Cabral Foundation. He has been Light's Legal Officer since 2011. He was State Prosecutor (MG), Coordinator of the Department of Mobilization and Social Inclusion (CIMOS) and professor of the Law School of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF). He was an Institutional Deputy State Attorney General (2007-2010), coordinator of the public hearings held by the Office of the State Attorney General of Minas Gerais (2007 and 2008), General Secretary of the Governor of the State of Minas Gerais (2004-2006), Director of the Study and Functional Improvement Center (CEAF), a body linked to the Office of the State Attorney General of Minas Gerais (1994).

Chief Business Development and Investor Relations Officer (Interim)

Mr. Guimarães holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a graduate degree in Operational Research from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. In February 2015, he returned to the Company's Board of Executive Officers as Light's Energy Officer. Between 2010 and 2015, he was Generation Engineering and Management Superintendent. Between 2008 and 2010, he was a member of Light's Board of Executive Officers, holding the positions of Energy and Environment Officer and Generation Officer. He was a member of several Boards of Directors, including CEPEL, the ONS and certain Light Group subsidiaries.

Chief Communications Officer

Mr. Cavalcante holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the Federal University of Ceará. He worked as the editor of Revista Época in Brasília and afterwards as the coordinator of social communications in the Ministry of Tourism until 2011. Between 2011 and 2015, he worked as the coordinator of social communications in the Ministry of Development, Industry and International Commerce, as th4 sub-secretary of social communications in the Government of Minas Gerais and Communication advisor of Cemig's CEO.

Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Oliveira holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Bahia - UFBA, a MBA in Management for Executives of the Electricity Sector - CEADE III , the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of USP , a MBA in Business Administration from the University of Salvador - UNIFACS, and a Master's degree in the electricity industry's regulation from the University of Salvador - UNIFACS. Has over 28 years of experience in the electricity sector , occupying positions such as CEO in Energisa MT since 2014, Technical - Commercial Director of ENERGISA Paraíba from 2010 to 2014, Technical - Commercial Director of ENERGISA Sergipe from 2008 to 2010 and Director of Territorial Management COELBA from 2000 to 2008 .

Mr. Monteiro graduated in Economics from the University of the Federal District (UDF) in 1979, with specialization in Economic Engineering from UDF/ICAT, and an International Executive MBA from AMANA KEY. Since February 2015, he has been Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer of Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais - COPASA MG. He has worked fort Banco do Brasil, where he held several management positions, including Technical Advisor to the CEO (1995/1997), Executive Superintendent of the Commercial Department (1997/2000) and Vice-President of Retail and Distribution (2003/2005).

Mr. Paula graduated in Economics from the Brasília Unified Center in 1986, with lato sensu specialization in Public Sector Economy at the Getulio Vargas Foundation in Brasília, concluded in 2000, and an MBA in Governance and IT from the Universa Foundation, concluded in 2007.

Mr. Cavicchioli has a degree in Business Administration from the Brasília University Center (UNICEUB).. He is currently Strategy and Organization Officer of Banco do Brasil. Between 2012 and 2013, he was Chief Executive Officer of Cobra Tecnologia and, between 2010 and 2012 he was Executive Retail, Distribution and Operations Manager at Banco do Brasil. He is member of the Board of Directors of BB Tecnologia e Serviços, and the Advisory Council of Caixa de Assistência dos Funcionários do BB.

Mr. Martins graduated from the Faculdade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro in 2006. In 2010/2011 he was a sitting member of the Fiscal Council of Embratel Participações S.A. and he has been a sitting member of the Fiscal Council of Light S/A. since 2012. He has also been a sitting member of the Board of Directors of CMSA Participações S/A since 2011 and a partner of Faoro Advogados since 2010. He was also a professor at the Federal and State Universities of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ and UERJ).

Mr. Callais graduated in Law from the Espírito Santo University Center in 2006, and has lato sensu degree in Public Management from Faculdades Integradas de Jacarepaguá. He is currently Administrative Manager of Consórcio Intermunicipal de Saúde para Gerenciamento da Rede de Urgência e Emergência da Macro Sudeste (CISDESTE). Between 2013 and 2014, he was head of the contracts division at Empresa Municipal de Pavimentação e Urbanização de Juiz de Fora (EMPAV) and, between 2009 and 2011, he was a legal advisor at Ello Ambiental Consultoria.

Mr. Bicalho Júnior graduated in Business Administration from UCB in 1997. He is currently National Executive Secretary of the Social Order Republican Party. Between 2008 and 2014 he was a partner at Empresa Bimóveis Comércio de Móveis para Escritório Ltda.

Mr. Tavares graduated in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) in 2007 and earned a Master's degree in Production Engineering the same institution in 2011. He is currently a partner and Operating Officer at Alta Engenharia, an engineering advisory company in the infrastructure sector. He has also worked as a top-management advisor, providing services to companies in several segments. He is a member of several committees, including the Infrastructure Committee and the Industrial Policy Committee of the Minas Gerais State Industry Federation (FIEMG) between 2009 and 2010.

Mr. Telles graduated in Accounting from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 1994 and earned an MBA n Finances from IBMEC RJ in 1999. He has more than 20 years of experience in the controllership, treasury, audit and new business areas in electricity, telecommunications and entertainment companies, as well as investment banks. In the last 10 years, he has been a superintendent at AESEletropaulo, controller of Lafarge, CFO of Endemolglobo and, since 2008, controller at the SPE´s Tevisa and LGSA.

Mr. Shüffner holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-MG) and a Master's degree in Automation and Control from UNICAMP. He has been Cemig's Business Officer since 2010. He was Cemig's Generation and Transmission Officer between 2007 and 2008 and Distribution and Commercialization Officer from 2008 to 2010.

Mr. Fernandes holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, an MBA in Finance and Business Management, both of which from IBMEC. He is currently Cemig's Business Development superintendent. Between 2005 and 2007, he was Construction Officer at Furnas. He was also CFO and Investor Relations Officer of Eletronet S.A. and Consórcio da Usina Hidrelétrica de Aimorés. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: Cemig, Eletronet, Way Brasil, Consórcio Aimorés, AES Communications Rio, Intesa, Tevisa and Small Hydroelectric Power Plant Rio do Braço and Chairman of the Fiscal Council of Eletropaulo.

Mr. Campos holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from the State University of Campinas. He has been a Project Development Manager of Andrade Gutierrez Concessões S/A since 2009. Between 2006 and 2008, he was Project Finance Officer at Coporación Quiport S/A. Since 2010, he has been an alternate member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: CEMIG, CEMIG Geração e Transmissão and CEMIG Distribuição. He was also an alternate member of CCR's Fiscal Council.

He was Secretary of Mines and Metallurgy in the Ministry of Mines and Energy between 2003 and 2005.

Marcos Ricardo Lot holds a graduate degree in Business Management from the Federal University of Bahia and a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Brasília. He served as a Superintendent at Banco do Brasil, a financial services company, in Mato Grosso do Sul from June 2009 to September 2010. He served as the Infrastructure and IT Officer at BBTS from September 2010 to November 2011. Since November 2011, he has served as the Institutional Security and Relations Management Officer at Banco do Brasil.
