Has over 28 years of experience in the electricity sector , occupying positions such as CEO in Energisa MT since 2014, Technical - Commercial Director of ENERGISA Paraíba from 2010 to 2014, Technical - Commercial Director of ENERGISA Sergipe from 2008 to 2010 and Director of Territorial Management COELBA from 2000 to 2008 .

According to the Brazilian corporation law, the fiscal council is an independent management body from the Company and external auditors. The fiscal council may be permanent or not. If the fiscal council is not permanent it shall be installed by the request of shareholders representing at least two percent of the voting shares.

The main responsibilities of the fiscal council are to audit Light's management, review the Company's financial statements and report their conclusions to the Company's shareholders. The Brazilian corporation law requires that the fiscal council members shall receive remuneration not lower than 10% of the average remuneration of the board of directors.

Mr. Bezerra holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Since 2013, he has been Vice-Director of the Public Policy Analysis Executive Department of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Between 2002 and 2012, he was a Finance professor and researcher at the Brazilian Public and Corporate Administration School of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. He received the following awards: 2010: Brazil Economics Award for the book 'Política Monetária, Bancos Centrais e Metas de Inflação' (Monetary Policy, Central Banks and Inflation Targets); First place in the Economics Book category from the Federal Economics Council - COFECON.

Samy Kopit Moscovitch

Mr. Moscovitch holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a Master's degree in Geography from the Geosciences Institute. He has been an advisor of BNDES's Board of Executive Officers since 2012. He worked as an Industrial Competitiveness expert at the Brazilian Industrial Development Agency between 2009 and 2010. He has also worked at the Municipal Government of Belo Horizonte as Technical Information Officer between 2000 and 2002.

Nelson José Hubner Moreira

Mr. Moreira holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a graduate degree in Mathematics from Centro de Ensino Unificado de Brasília. He was Director-General of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) between 2009 and 2013, and Minister of Mines and Energy between 2007 and 2008.

Giles Carriconde Azevedo

Mr. Azevedo holds a bachelor's degree in Geology and a Master's degree in Geochemistry. He has been working in the Brazilian Department of Mineral Production since 1984 and has been a requisitioned civil servant in the Presidency of the Republic since 2005. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: Gaspetro (2003 to 2006), Terracap (2006 to 2010), CPRM (2003 to 2010), and Sulgas (1999 to 2003 - Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors). He was Secretary of Mines and Metallurgy in the Ministry of Mines and Energy between 2003 and 2005.

Marcos Ricardo Lot

Marcos Ricardo Lot holds a graduate degree in Business Management from the Federal University of Bahia and a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Brasília. He served as a Superintendent at Banco do Brasil, a financial services company, in Mato Grosso do Sul from June 2009 to September 2010. He served as the Infrastructure and IT Officer at BBTS from September 2010 to November 2011. Since November 2011, he has served as the Institutional Security and Relations Management Officer at Banco do Brasil.

Eduardo Henrique Campolina Franco

Mr. Eduardo Henrique Campolina Franco holds the position of Corporate Planning Manager and Cemig Distribution SA Budget Previously he held until April 2014, the office of Analysis Manager and Project Monitoring in the same Company.

Ana Marta Horta Veloso

Mrs. Veloso, who takes office today as the Company's CEO, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a Master's degree in Industrial Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. With a vast experience in the corporate environment, Mrs. Veloso was the statutory officer at Equatorial Energia S.A. (2008 to Nov/2015), she was an Officer at Banco Pactual (2006 to 2008) and worked in the capital markets area in the National Economic Development and Social Bank - BNDES (1992 to 2006). She was a member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: Acesita S.A., Vale S.A., Klabin S.A., Net Serviços de Comunicação S.A., Light S.A. (2006 to 2011 and 2015), Equatorial Energia S.A. (2006 to 2008), Cemar S.A. (2006 to 2015), and Celpa S.A. (2012 to 2015).
