Board changes

London Capital Group announces that the Company's senior independent non-executive director, Rebecca Fuller, will be leaving the board with effect from 1 February 2017.

Charles Poncet, non-executive Chairman, commented:

'I would like to thank Rebecca for her valuable contribution to London Capital Group over the last couple of years. Her other business interests are now starting to take up more time hence her decision to step down from the board. I wish her well for the future.'
