as of December 31, 2011, consisting of the draft stand-alone
financial statements, the consolidated financial statements,
the management report, and the declaration of the manager
responsible for preparing the Company's financial
reports, together with the reports of the external auditors
and of the Board of Statutory Auditors, is available to the
public at the Company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana
S.p.A., and on the Company's website www.lottomaticagroup.com,
section Governance - Documents and reports - Shareholders'
Meeting, May 9, 2012.
Lottomatica Group's Corporate Governance Report and
Compensation Report have also been made available to the
public via the above-mentioned modalities.
Based on the information available to the Company, it is
expected that the Shareholders' Meeting will be held on first
call.
