The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (Company) hereby announces that on 29 August 2017 it obtained a statement made by Mr Wiesław Piosik regarding his resignation from the position of the Company's Supervisory Board Member on 25 August 2017.
Mr Wiesław Piosik did not state the reasons for the resignation.
