MLS Multimedia S.A., in accordance to Article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation announces the following 2017Financial Calendar:

Thursday April 6, 2017: (before the beginning of trade session):

Announcement , Publication and Press Release of the Fiscal Year 2016 Financial Results.

Tuesday April 18, 2017:

Annual briefing of Analysts regarding the Annual 2016 Financial results of the company.

Friday June 30, 2017:

Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders.

No dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year 2016. Capital return of €0.06 will be distributed.

Monday August 28, 2017:

Capital return Cut

Tuesday August 29, 2017:

Capital return distribution (record date):

Monday September 4, 2017:

Start of Capital return Payment
