Macau Property Opportunities Fund : Senado Square Project Granted Urban Condition Plan

Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited is pleased to announce that the Land, Public Works and Transport Bureau of Macau has granted an Urban Condition Plan (UCP) for the Company's retail redevelopment project located in the Senado Square district of Macau.

The UCP is an official government document that stipulates the approved

redevelopment parameters for a property, including site area, height and plot ratio.

Receipt of the UCP is a necessary precursor to submission of the architectural drawings for the project, expected to be made in the next few weeks.

Senado Square is MPO's flagship retail development project, well-located in Macau's prime UNESCO-listed shopping precinct. The new development, designed by renowned architectural consultant, Arquitectonica, will adopt a contemporary and sustainable design concept. Upon completion, this iconic development will boast some 65,000 sq ft of retail and F&B offerings.
