Madison Property AG: Resignation of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Madison Property AG, Mr. Andreas Grosjean, today informed the Company, that he will resign from his office as Supervisory Board member for personal reasons as of today, 23 November 2012.

The Company will propose a successor to be appointed by the local court in short notice.
