Madison Property AG : Resignation of the Supervisory Board’s Vice Chairman

The Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Madison Property AG, Mr Oliver Kuan, today informed the Company, that he resigned his mandate
as Supervisory Board member with immediate effect as of 14 December 2012.

The Company will propose a successor to be appointed by the local court in short notice.
