Maj Invest Danske Aktier, formerly LD Invest Danske Aktier, (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. The Fund is engaged in making investments in Danish shares and other shares listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. As of April 30, 2012, 94.2% of the Fund's investments were located in Denmark. As of April 30, 2012, the Fund's investment portfolio included investments in such sectors, as financial services (26.3%), health (23.4%) and consumer goods (15.1%), including the equities of such companies, as Carlsberg (10%), Novo Nordisk (9.3%), Danske Bank (8.4%), A.P. Moeller Maersk (5.3%) and DSV (4.8%), among others. Maj Invest Danske Aktier is a division of Investeringsforeningen Maj Invest, a Denmark-based investment organization.
