('Majestic' or the 'Company')
Grant of share awards and options
As part of the Company's Employee Share Schemes, the following awards were granted on 9 July 2018:
Conditional share awards and nil-cost options over a total of 351,232 Ordinary Shares of 7.5 pence each ('shares') were granted to 236 new employees and those who have changed roles in the period, pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. ('LTIP').
Included in the 236 employees the below five PDMRs (Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities) received conditional awards:

In addition, the Company announces that 92,307shares and 12,785 conditional awards over shares were granted to 767 employees pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plan ('SIP').
Following these grants the Company has a total of 72,119,314 ordinary shares of 7.5p each in issue. There are 2,326,684 unvested conditional share awards and unexercised options issued under employee share schemes (1), equating to approximately 3.23% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Majestic Wine PLC does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Majestic Wine PLC is 72,119,314
The above figure 72,119,314 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Majestic Wine PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Note:
(1) The conditional share awards issued as part of the Naked Wines acquisition are excluded from shares reported as part of employee share schemes.
