Marathon Oil Corporation Declares Second Quarter 2015 Dividend

HOUSTON, July 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) announced today that the Company's board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 21 cents per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on Sept. 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on Aug. 19, 2015.
