The Company's project includes Jarvis Island Option. The property has mineral potential for the production of barite. The Company entered into a Joint Venture Exploration Agreement with Energold Minerals Inc. The Jarvis Property is situated in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada known as the Jarvis Island Property. The Island is situated about 35 miles south of Thunder Bay about 5 km from the shore of Lake Superior near to the United States border (Minnesota). The property consists of 13.355 hectares.
