The Management Board of mBank S.A. announces that on 30 March 2015 the 28th Annual General Meeting of mBank S.A. did not adopt a resolution on distributing the profit for 2014, as a result of changing the order of the agenda and adopting a resolution on adjourning the session of the 28th Annual General Meeting of mBank S.A. The resolution on the distributing the profit for 2014 will be tabled after resuming the session on 29 April 2015 at 3:00 pm at the premises of mBank S.A., ul. Senatorska 18 in Warsaw. |
