MDM and Foster Wheeler receive merger approval from Tanzanian Fair Competition Commission 28 July 2014

MDM Engineering Group Limited (AIM: MDM), the minerals process and project management company focused on the mining industry in Africa, is pleased to confirm that approval for the proposed merger with Foster Wheeler AG (Nasdaq: FWLT) has been received from the Tanzanian Fair Competition Commission.


The application with the South African Competition Commission is progressing with a determination expected during August 2014.
