MXC CAPITAL LTD MXC Capital Limited (AIM: MXCP), the technology focused merchant bank, announces that it has exercised options over 1,692,988 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of Redcentric plc ("Redcentric Shares") at a price of 32 pence per Redcentric Share. The new Redcentric Shares are expected to be issued and admitted to trading on AIM on 26 January 2017 ("Admission") and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Redcentric Shares.
Following Admission, MXC will hold 9,212,304 Redcentric Shares, representing 6.2% of the enlarged share capital of Redcentric plc. MXC also holds a further 7,000,000 options over Redcentric Shares with an exercise price of 80 pence per share.
