My Healthy Access, Inc., formerly Intrepid Holdings, Inc., is a development-stage company. The Company has devoted substantially all of its efforts to its pharmacy operations, its convenient care clinic operations, product development, raising capital and developing its business plan. Community Allied Development Corporation was formed, on February 14, 2006, as a wholly owned subsidiary to develop specialized residential communities focused on the needs of elderly and disabled residents. My Healthy Access, Inc. was formed, on March 6, 2006, develops and operates walk-in retail clinics in established retail operations. Intrepid Medical Management Services, Inc. was formed on February 14, 2006. This entity is inactive. On April 27, 2005, it entered into an agreement to purchase 100% of Rx Fulfillment Services, Inc.
